Consultation
All custom dresses begin with a non-refundable consultation fee of $100 that goes towards the cost of your dress. At the consultation, we will discuss and conclude your designs, review fabrics and embellishments, and take measurements.
You can send your inspiration designs through text to 4433869422 for pricing estimates before booking a consultation.
Payment Schedule
A 50% deposit starts the dress, and the balance is paid at the dress pick-up or before the dress ships out. The deposit is due within two weeks after the consultation. You can start making payments of $500 within two weeks after the consultation to keep your slot and to start getting the materials needed for your dress. After the $500, you can keep making payments towards your dress to complete the first 50% to start making the dress. Installment payment is from $500.

Garment Creation Process
After the deposit is received, procurement of materials begins. If you were not shown the main fabric that will be used for your dress at the consultation, we will send you a picture or video to approve the fabric before making your dress. 1-2 fittings of your unfinished dress may be required of you. Not every dress requires this fitting. We will inform you at the consultation if you need to come to fit your unfinished dress before completion. On pick-up date, please allow up to one hour for any final alterations/finishing touches. We only send process pictures/videos based on our discretion to get clarity. We also send pictures/videos of finished dresses to only virtual clients who will have their dresses shipped to them.

Reschedule Process
We are committed to making this process a wonderful experience for you, but sometimes, the need to reschedule your fittings or pick-up is inevitable. Please cooperate with us when we need to reschedule you. We note down your event date and the circumstances that surround your date and event. When the process stops going as planned, we work with your event date and keep you updated. We understand that rescheduling your fittings/pick-up appointment may not work for you. You can request a full refund without picking up the dress, or allow us to reschedule your new fittings or pick-up date. We unfortunately do not provide partial refunds.

Refund
Once the custom-made dress is picked up and out of our workspace, we are no longer responsible for your dress, and we do not provide a full or partial refund after the dress is picked up and out of our workspace.
All dresses on sale are final. No refund will be issued for the dress on sale.
Once the dress is delivered to the address you provided for delivery or picked up from the shipping company, we are no longer responsible for your dress, and we do not provide a refund, either full or partial, after the dress is picked up or delivered.​

Missing/Lost or Stolen Goods
If the item sent was either lost or stolen, unfortunately, we are not liable for the cost of lost or stolen items once the item has been tracked and delivered. Please get in touch with your local post office to track the missing items.
Shipping & Processing
FREE standard shipping to all U.S. states. All dresses (excluding international orders) are shipped with priority mail, which takes 2-5 business days to deliver after it ships.

Custom Items
Custom items are processed within 3 weeks after payment is made. This may be longer for some designs. At your consultation, the processing time of your dress will be discussed with you at the virtual or physical meeting, which will take effect after 50% payment is made. Rush custom dresses of less than 3 weeks attract an extra fee of 20% of the product price, which will be included and must be paid with the first invoice sent to you. Final payment is due at pick-up or when a picture of your dress is sent to you before the dress ships out.
International Shipping
International Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and varies depending on your delivery location.
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. GCUT Fashion has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.
Shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes. Shipping fees are paid to the shipping company, and duties and taxes are paid to your government.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. GCUT Fashion does not provide return shipping labels.

Resale of Dresses
We do not resell your dresses. We may assist in posting on our pages as a kind gesture.

Ready to Ship Dresses
Dresses purchased on sale or at discounted prices are considered final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on sale items under any circumstances.
For dresses purchased at full price (not on sale), customers are eligible to initiate a return for a dress not worn or used. You must contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order to start the return process. All returns must be dropped off at the shipping company within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, contact us through text 4433869422 or email contact@gcutfashion.com within the 3-day grace period. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once the returned dress is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
MEDIA INVOLVEMENT
As a user of our services, your pictures and videos in our work or in and during our services and reviews may be uploaded across our social media platforms and website for commercial use.
